In the ordinary course of business, TaxAtomy holds records including:
- Client onboarding, FICA/KYC and identification records
- Tax returns, working papers, and correspondence with SARS
- Financial and billing records
- Website enquiry submissions
How to request access
Requests for access to records must be made in writing to the Information Officer using the prescribed PAIA request form, available on request. Because we operate remotely, please email savanna@taxatomy.com to obtain the form and arrange submission. We will respond within the statutory timeframe (30 days, extendable in certain circumstances). Fees may apply as prescribed under PAIA regulations.
